Sixth Sense is a Mystery Horror Table-Top Role Playing Game created for the One-Page RPG Jam 2025.

This game features a unique skill check system that sees players lose modifiers when they fail a skill check, directly leading to them failing more skill checks in the future and starting a snowball effect that will inevitably lead to their demise. Additionally, the ghoulish enemies in this game are unkillable, and directly drain skill modifiers when they attack. With a ticking countdown and their backs against the wall, will your players be able to solve their mystery in time and escape with their lives? Or will they be doomed to suffer for all eternity?
